The two had an argument in August 2010 in Saban's apartment that her attorney said she walked away from then locked herself in her bedroom to be away from Grimes.
Saban allegedly posted something negative about Grimes on Facebook, prompting Grimes to go upstairs and confront Saban, leading to a fistfight that both parties say the other started.
Grimes opted not to press criminal charges, but two years after the fight occurred and shortly before the statute of limitations would have prevented her from doing so, she filed a civil lawsuit against Saban, looking for monetary compensation for medical procedures, pain and suffering connected to the fight.
