Prolly for the best. They don't offer specials on the weekend.

but people not join clubs anymore.

That's unequivocally false.

It's a retention issue. My club had 100+ new members join in 2016, yet still netted -8 for the year. The vast majority of club members rescind within the first 2 years.

People join a club thinking it's a value, but then realize they didn't have as much disposable time as they truly thought or their life changes in some manner.

If you show up, you'll get the special of the day

Today, as it is everyday, that special is the parking lot deluxe

Most public courses in Houston are charging anywhere between $60-100 on the weekends, you do that 4 times a month and that's about what you can expect to pay at a decent private club per month.

Just leave your clubs on the 18th green and walk off like a boss. There really isn't life after lataw.

I'm just glad that my last round at Luh Taw wasn't a DFL.

Art and his famous beers were acquaintances with that cart path.

Very acquainted.

One final cigg flick into the trailer onto a stack of papers as you drive off the property and see the flames rise in your rearview.

I grew up surrounded by cane fields and I like it. Some people like the country.

Serious question.

How do you hit your tee shot @ number 11 on the 17 green at Carter?
