It seems like more of a reason to start, once you break the habit (or a reason to break the habit) is the hardest part..after that you don't need it or even enjoy it as much anymore

I'm giving up beer for Lent. Hope to lose a few inches off the waist. Will still have some wine now and then.

My wife (no pics) gives up drinking for lent. I'm not passing up 40 days of having a personal DD.
