LaPlace man arrested for Craigslist fake sex party listing

Stephen Kropog, 39, was arrested by St. John the Baptist Parish police on Friday. After a search of his home, Kropog was also charged with possession of steroids, police said.
The female victim, who reportedly knew Kropog, reported that on May 22 a man arrived at her home in response to the Craigslist ad. The victim said she was unaware of what was going on, and when she questioned the man about why he was there, he walked away.
Police said the man is believed to have no involvement with the ad itself. The victim was unharmed, police said.

I don't get what's illegal about this. Seems like a lot of BS from some cops who were trying to get into the newspaper. A decent lawyer will be able to beat this. Along with that steroid charge from finding those when they were on the search warrant.
