going out in Lafayette is awful these days

I'd rather drink a few at Corner Bar Youngsville, Parish, or the Whole Foods beer bar than deal with the urban youths and douchebags that venture downtown.

Was drinking and bullshitting with a friend of mine who's a couple years older than me and we were talking about fighting. I asked him if he was ever involved in a gang fight.

He says, "Yeah, I got in a gang fight with a black fraternity at JR's one time".

Me: "JR's was a country bar. What the frick was a black fraternity doing at JR's?

Him: "That's exactly what I asked them."
