Kraft recalling 2 MILLION pounds of bacon

What a waste. I think that they should at least ship it to some third world countries at their own expense. The true lesson here is not with mistakes in "best by" dates or anything of that sort, it's that bacon comes from pigs, not turkeys.

Misleading thread. People would be genuinely upset about Bacon being recalled. No one gives a shite about Turkey Bacon being recalled.

I'm not changing the title. The original headline that I clicked on called it "bacon", too. I was mislead and clicked, so now you can share in my joy to find out it was turkey bacon.

With all of the preservatives in commercial meat, I doubt it. Also, there are many cases throughout history in which people have actually eaten rotten meat to survive.
