All this lady had to do was register her fricking car and get a license plate. It's obvious to me her life and her childs life is worth less to her than the $50 or so bucks it would take to have her car up to code.
Her and her kids black life did not matter to her or should would have gotten her tag sorted out like every other American.
Stop breaking the law and the police will stop getting involved in your situation.
