It really is most effective in a combination therapy. My daily regimen:

40 mg Norco
250-300 mg Tramadol
750-1000 mg Soma
40 mg Lexapro
20 mg Doxepin

It's at approximately these doses that I feel in optimum physical and mental health. On its own though, Tramadol just doesn't provide the kick I need to ... well, "dance to dem funky horns" as James Brown put it.

Not at all...opiates with stimulants or amphetamines are quite synergistic and an awesome buzz...

What you're thinking of is benzos...which by the way can be dangerous. Because if you were on benzos while on coke/amps there is nothing to really give you to counter act the stimulant should you OD. Conversely, you could OD on the benzos and never know it. Next thing you know...you stop breathing...never wake up. This is how many OD's happen. OD'ing on amphetamines is litteraly impossible. You COULD have a stroke on MASSIVE amounts of cocaine but HIGHLY unlikely unless you're stupid and mainline like a gram of pure shite.

Opiates WILL stop your breathing. No question, heroin is without a doubt the most dangerous drug you can acquire. Other opiates follow suit but not as dangerous.

Benzos with alchohol is another sure thing if taken too much.

Yes...benzos and amphetamines/stimulants (cocaine) counteract each other. You will litteraly lose your buzz...to much of one or both and they'll literally have VERY few options to save your sorry arse.
