Kip has been a good mayor IMO.

Kip has a classic hot rod, I think it's a 1930s Cadillac Sedan that he sometimes rides around in.
When he showed up at the Capital One Bowl in 2009, he drove up in this purple 1930s sedan with gold rims and got out of the car wearing a purple suit, gold tie, and a fur coat with a blond on each arm.
He sees my dad and walks up to say hi. My dad then asked him if that was a new paint job on his caddy and he said, "You know I always travel in style, but I rented this one. I wouldn't want to put that many miles on mine."
