No one knows what is going on in the 'hermit kingdom' so why believe this report?
1)Dissidents always say awful & untrue things about dictatorships(Iraq) to get sympathy /action from other countries.
2)But mostly when people don't know stuff about a theme or person they simply make up stuff.
One day we will probably find out this is a huge lie.
