if you google Stephen Spell II there is some info out there abou thim owning a store and selling Spice. Think he got raided a while back by Tangipahoa Sheriff. Maybe got sentenced to federal prison for selling mislabeled products?

And the cops in the video said what he was doing wasn't illegal... but that it was "morally wrong".
I don't agree with this synthetic bullshite but I also don't agree with the police just walking onto private property without a warrant and seizing people's property.
