Just inherited 100 minions to do my bidding, What do OT?

My uncle had a pretty solid multinational operation going on, but he decided to retire, and he left 100 of his American based minions to do whatever I ask of them.
If you suddenly had 100 minions that follow your every command without question that were of average human intelligence, strength, and durability (they need food and water) What would you have them do?

I figure the least I could do is tell them to live normal lives for now, you know get an education and then a job, whatever they need to support themselves, because I don't want to feed them. The thing is they will always follow whatever order is given them, kind of like sleeper cells or Russian spies in the cold war.

Where was he keeping them?
I'd turn wherever the minions were into a hotel. Hostel at the very least depending on the floorplan.
Maybe keep a few of 'em on to help me on the build out and to run the place.

I was thinking maybe tell 10 to train in martial arts to be personal body guards (probably gonna need them for heavy shite in future years) then get 45 to infiltrate the US government by whatever means possible (strive to be governors, congressmen, etc) and tell the other 45 to get PHDs in various areas of science. (Consult the PHDs to build crazy New shite to take over the world)

They were scattered across the US a few in foreign countries, they weren't slaves, just performing various jobs within his organization, and extremely loyal to the family.

No, they consisted of various ages, I don't think any are under 20 or over 40 though.
