Just as predicted, now Louisianians don't want Hillary coming down there

There was a thread here the other day praising Trump for coming down to LA and donating supplies for the flood victims. I thought all publicity like that about the floods was good publicity because it would bring more awareness to the recovery effort? I guess that standard only applies to Trump, but not Hillary?
