Some don't die on the battlefield. This link is about a close friend of mine who lost a battle with PTSD. I watched this guy struggle for help with his chain of command for two years. After he was discharged, he went into a full on flashback, and started shooting up his town. One of the cops who shot him was a friend of his. He left behind his wife and two young kids.
