While I think he did it, there was absolutely not enough evidence to prove he did it.

The main witness changed his story and his story they eventually used was complete bullshite.

Unless new evidence comes up I think he walks.

I still think he did it though.

I still think he's guilty, but man that was a fricked up trial. Serial was a great listen on long road trips.

It's too bad Nancy Grace won't be on air to cover this trial

Anyone want to give me odds that if released we'll hear from Mr. Syed again in a not so positive light?

Dan Abrams on GMA fricking HATES her. They always pit those two against each other in the morning to discuss legal stuff and he just laughs at her face.

Its pretty wonderful.

Probably will. Which is fricked up.

I think he did it, but even if he DIDN'T do it, he's now definitely institutionalized to some extent. So the odds of him committing other crimes, whether he's a sociopathic murderer or not, are pretty high.

America's justice system FTW.

Is nancy grace the most shameless "shock" pundit in media today?

And before you mention Stephen A. Smith or Skip Bayless, remember that Nancy Grace drove a woman to suicide.

Maybe...in the mainstream.

She has advocated ruining people's lives over allegations that turned out to be false on a weekly basis for decades.

She advocated putting a 17 year old in jail for 10 years as a prosecutor for selling weed to his high school friends. She is a fricking POS.

Sidenote: I thought the portrayal of her in "Gone Girl" was spot on. They changed the name, but that was her.

THAT frickING NISHA CALL!

My theory:

Him and Jay killed her. Jay made up some story to make it seem like Adnan did it all to save his own arse. The cops knew this, but didn't care as long as one of them testified against the other.

Jays story is completely false other than the body disposal. The cell data, etc. just doesn't match.

This.

While it appears that it wouldn't make much sense for Adnan to kill her, it makes even less sense for any other potential suspect.
