The reclusive king of the scaremongers, Chick railed against everything from gay rights and Dungeons & Dragons to Freemasonry and the Catholic church—which he believed instigated the Holocaust, the Russian Revolution, and the Civil War—in formulaic and often repetitive mini-comics peppered with apocalyptic predictions and ethnic stereotypes.

Grew up loving those, was a preacher's kid so I have an unintentional collection that dates back to the 80s.

He may be the first troll ever. His tracts offended millions, if not billions.
The ones about Catholicism and Islam are awesome. I always saved these when they were given to me by the Consuming Fire Fellowship preachers in Free Speech Alley.
I got two on Islam which gave contradictory origins of the religion. One stated it was started by the pope, and the other said it evolved from middle eastern moon worship. When I asked the preacher which one was the right origin he had no answer.
