Ive come down with flu like symptoms in middle of 3 day road trip

Driving a UHAUL truck with my dad from Iowa to Seattle and today was the first day. In a hotel in Rapid City, SD at the moment and haven't slept a second because I have all the flu symptoms like fever, extremely sore throat, congestion, major runny and stuffy nose, and swolen sinuses to where I couldn't breathe out my nose
We went to Wallgreens and got some Sudafed and that has helped my sinuses but I still have all the other symptoms. Anyone have any recommendation for something I can get at Wallgreens so the 8 hour 2nd leg of our drive doesn't suck so bad for me tomorrow? Preferbaly something that will knock me out cold so I can sleep in the passenger seat of the truck and will help relieve the symptoms.

Go to an urgent care and tell the dr that. They love giving out meds
If that's not possible I would go with NyQuil

If you want to feel a little better fast, get some emergencee plus immune. Drink a pack of that in the AM and one in the PM. That stuff works, plus if you want to sleep, Tylenol PM.
