He didn't see anything. There's a metal partition between the two cabs. As to what he heard, I have no idea. This isn't eye witness; this is ear witness testimony. Is that more or less accurate than the highly subjective eye witness testimony?

So, because you didn't really answer the question, you don't think what he saw/heard is relevant at all.
Ear witness testimony is probably pretty darn good depending on the situation.
In this case, if there's lots of banging around the van but the witness isn't banging around the van at all, I'd say that's pretty important evidence of something. You can decide what that something is if you want. I think I have an idea of what it could be. We probably won't agree though.

Exactly. If the other prisoner in the van heard Gray banging around while not being thrown around himself, it means something.

If he was banging the wall and being irate, then I doubt he had a severed spine before he was put in the van. And if the witness also testifies that there was no "rough ride" along the banging, I'd say that is pretty damming to this whole justice for Freddy stuff
