Not sure if serious but there are about 300 "sanctuaries" in Florida with everything from primates to elephants. Florida is also large ready-to-market agriculture like citrus, tomatoes, watermelons, etc. so anything can escape/thrive. I would guess that's a 50 year old chimpanzee that either escaped or was released 20 years ago.
