Is there a name for the shame you feel right after you clean the pipes?

You know what I'm talking about. The moment right after when you're like "damn what am I doing?" Then everything's back to normal. Like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde thing.

When you have to close out all your tabs...you definitely get the fappers remorse.
But sometimes I get fappers delight too, because I don't have to cuddle or worry about a girl. Im just happy that I did it myself.
