Is "The Spook Who Sat by the Door" a good book?

A former CIA agent organizes black teenagers into well-trained guerrilla bands bent on overthrowing the white establishment.

I'm betting it's not about ghosts.

A book can be well written, provocative, and good at the same time.

Well this thread took a sudden dark turn.

How come there's no good racist terms for white people? To tell a secret to the African American community, it hurts. Good job.
