If they are stupid enough to get addicted to heroin... Then they need to be "culled". Regardless of race.

Drugs are a huge moneymaker for the CIA.

They allow people to grow them and allow them to get into the country.

The Taliban had eradicated all opium in Afghanistan before we invaded. Now, there is more opium than ever, and our soldiers are guarding their fields.

If you get to a Presidential level you learn to understand that population control is important to evolution of the populace you desire. If you don't think policy can influence that you're shallow minded. I don't doubt for an instance that heroin epidemic in middle America is government driven.
