as I posted, I cannot speak but for the three states that I have experience with in this matter, and I'm completely right in this case, maybe I should have got the dissolution in LA, loosen the panties up

ETA: and your right, I am a fricking hardhead, I've educated enough attorneys to have earned that right

Blame should be on the wife. If she does it then all her fault. She I the one who took the vows not the guy she is cheating with.

Sounds like enough bad on both sides then.unclean hands defense on her part. Or, if it was Alabama and you were in her home county/judicial circuit, you got "home cooked".

Sorry for dupes-phone stuttered

nah, original ruling in FL, fair, livable ruling, went to appeal, non-evidentiary, her attorney pulled some big time strings to basically gut/rewrite the ruling, currently going through modification in AL

ETA: ex and her attorney "court shop" between the states depending on the motion

Do you really need to ask this? If she were your wife, would you be ok with someone knowing you're her husband but still sleeping with her?

It is wring on all counts no matter the circumstance.

I did it years ago, husband was a pos, and she was already banging some other dude.
They are divorced now, were separated on and off back then.

Still to this day among the top of the list of things I wish I had never done.
