Yup. Pat Screen's Chief. First instinct was to blame his people every time there was a problem.

BRPD cops are going to be too busy going to sensitivity training. They won't have time to go out and fight crime.

Pretty common in many agencies now. Saw a memo about in car cameras saying that if an officer is accused of something the administration will assume he is guilty unless the video shows different. Guess it was a scare tactic to get officer to be more diligent in turning on their cameras but what a shitty thing for morale
