Internet - who knows. All I know is that the power is out and the house is slowly warming up. I hope these winds die down so CLECO can handle some business.

Now, I can finally come out and laugh at some of you folks with crappy internet.
Vision Communications (which owned by Eatel which is owned by RTC and is the only phone and cable company in southern Lafourche) finally got off their high horse and started doing fiber to the home. My neighborhood was done first, of which I am still shocked.
Right now, I am paying for 150/50 service, and I believe a 1 gig is available and pricing follows Eatel’s prices.
