Scranton New Jersey. Years ago, an army buddy of mine was from Scranton, I always liked their accents.

also up in PA and Ohio they spend as much money on high school graduations as weddings and ignore college. Every damned wedding has chicken or rigatoni's and potato with a bunch of parsley. They all do the dance with the bride and groom for a dollar dances.

People up north are so selfish and they all have stupid half beards and wear their shorts past their knees.

I walked into Dempsey's (I think - if not a bar near there) in NYC late one night to ask if they would be televising some soccer game I wanted to watch the next morning.

The attractive, petite blonde behind the counter answered me in a STRONG Irish accent. I almost fell over.

The people in Tangier, Virginia have the weirdest American accents and linguists believe this is how people talked in colonies in the 1600's
