It's a microcosm of a bigger picture. No matter what he does, it's a lose/lose with those racist people unless he hands over his business to a minority.

The census bureau counts Denham and Praireville as part of the metro area. This is talking about specifically about the demographics of the city of Baton Rouge's police/population, which they are not apart of.

Denham and Praireville are not part of EBR they are in different parishes and have different governing bodies, laws, taxes, police, fire, school systems, codes etc...

Oh, absolutely. It's sums up their mentality perfectly - white people are evil and should hand over their money to us and shut the frick up. If they don't or they question that tactic, they're racist.
