Good for Indiana. Hopefully leads the way for more states to open up.

No need for that. If you can’t be civil then don’t address me in this thread.

the mask mandate is still in effect, but there's no penalty for not wearing one.

That's no condoms and pulling out is no longer required.

In Stage 5, restaurants and bars that serve food can operate at full capacity, though bar section customers must remain seated. Bars and nightclubs can also open at full capacity, with customers seated and social distancing required.

goddammit

so at what stage are there no more rules?

this sounds like our stage 4...I think

Does this mean Colts games will be full or is the NFL the blocker there?

NFL has stayed before that they will go by local regulations. I don’t know if they’ve changed their stance.

Refrain from expelling air across your vocal chords for the resulting of vibrations in air molecules contribute nothing to critical thought and discussion.

Yeah it’s ridiculous, or at least get rid of the asinine rules for bars and restaurants

If only houston would do the same. Hospitalizations are holding steady at where they were in May. Our r(t) is in the .6's and our positivity rate is in like the 3%s

The Wal Mart and Target on Westheimer see around 140,000 people a day. No idea why things are still limited.

Awesome!

Are any other states in phase 4 or close to being fully open like this?

Indiana ended the charade. Now let's see if other Red states follow suit.

just FYI for those wondering when that will go away...

Masks aren't going anywhere for the next few years, if ever.

I've had dozens of people over the last 6 months tell me things like "Will you still be saying masks are stupid when you are intubated and hooked up to a ventilator?" or "Will you be saying opening up is a good idea when you are on your death bed from getting COVID?"

They still act like this thing is a death sentence.
