frick these mother fricking democratic shite hole city tyrants!!! I hate hearing about this shite it just brings back the rage I had during that illegal shite the government was doing during covid. These city and congress members tha signed off on it and anyone who went along and hopped on the covid bandwagon ruining this nations economy and small business over elections bc that’s what it boiled down to… should all pay out of there own pocket! Not the tax payers and be bared from ever participating or being able to make any legal actions or laws going forward…

This was not a partisan issue.
No way those guys are DEMs.
Trump got 73% of the vote in 2020 in Ector County

Now, who do we go to to press charges against a tyrannical government
You don’t.
That’s literally one half of the reason for the second amendment.

It’s sick, twisted and evil what was done to him, and so many others by the covidiots

Do you intentionally stick your head up your arse just to see how it feels? Grow a pair, public defender and stop being a passive aggressive pansy. You are not the smartest person in the room.

Some of you have sad and pathetic lives. It’s a beautiful day outside. Go get some fresh air.
Great idea.
That's exactly what the power hungry, covid tyrants didn't want anyone to do while they violated citizens rights over the fear frenzy.
Hence the come uppence that the sane people are seeking.

I bet that there was an agreement that he would not pursue malicious prosecution or wrongful seizure claims.
I doubt it. This was included in the guy's statement on Xwitter:

This victory opens the battlefield again and gives us options to continue to push back and bring justice to the treasonous actions of Phil Murphy and his lackies.
Excellent.
I hope he prison rapes them.

Many governors and politicians should be legally tried, convicted, and executed for treason for what happened during Covid.

From the article:
While that sentence does not make this a partisan issue….how many true republicans were forcing businesses to close? And arresting people who opened up?

The charges stemmed from Smith’s decision to reopen his gym in May 2020, in defiance of Democratic Governor Phil Murphy’s COVID-19 lockdown mandates

There was another guy that was t exactly pro lockdown but he definitely questioned the frick out of everyone who said to open up. Not a dumb guy either. Think his name started with a K
Korkstand or something similar

People on this board… lots of them… large majority… wanted a man arrested for going to a father/daughter dance simply because he was exposed to someone with Covid and hadn’t even tested positive yet. Let’s not pretend people around here weren’t psychos too.
I was an outcaste on here for defending him, and Pastor Spell.
People said I was wrong to defend “crazy people.”
I’m glad I was of the mindset to not goose-step along with the Covidians.
Right is right, even if it is unpopular.

I truly don’t remember many on this board being pro lockdown besides Spleen, c on z, and a few others I can’t recall
Here was my post that got everyone pissed off: LINK

Y’all want to save the most lives?
Take steps to protect the elderly. As far as the rest of us, there’s no reason we shouldn’t be able to go about things as usual taking steps we would normally take if we caught a virus. Stay home and chill till it’s over. Wash hands. Etc. that alone keeps this thing from killing hundreds of thousands which is apparently what every panicked bitch seems to think.

ETA: in the very beginning I remember myself and scruffy getting BLITZED for wanting zero restrictions.

It’s funny how the rich got richer and these lockdowns hurt small businesses. Almost like it was planned.

What point are you trying to make here? I mean, of course you're gonna be dealt with if you frick with the K9.
Why did they bring K9 teams in with uniformed officers solely to arrest a gym owner?
Doesn’t that seem like overkill?
Like when the FBI sent double digit numbers of agents, including armored attack boats rigged with .50 cals to roust Roger Stone out of bed during a pre-dawn raid?
