It's twice the size of Rhode Island.

Then where would Delaware Punch come from?

Texas.

The drink has nothing to do with Delaware. In fact, I don’t even think it is sold there

It was the first state to ratify the Constitution. That’s unique I guess.

It's hardly sold anywhere anymore

The Delaware in the name refers to the grape that they were trying to replicate with however they flavor that stuff

Believe Delaware has more LLCs registered than people that live in Delaware. Don't fact check me on that, but I think I'm right.

I don't think you need a physical address to set up your LLC in Delaware, as long as a you provide a business address that the state can mail shite to

I worked for Koch out of college and was always confused why my paystubs had a Delaware address. Googled the address and it's this small single, story building. Pretty sure the same one you referenced

Rhode Island says sup

I'm convinced Rhode Island exists for only 2 reasons:

1) So New England can have even more Dunkin Donuts.

2) To catch people speeding on their way to the Patriots game.

I was in Connecticut once so I went to a Pats game. I traversed the whole state of RI to get there. Seems like I saw a cop doing radar about every 10 miles.
