Im in the process of developing a Sexual Consent App.

To protect males against fraudulent rape accusations from women who are actually victims of REGRET...not Rape.
With the App, each individual would have an Account and prior to engaging in sexual activities you would link accounts with the person your are about to fornicate with. In order to link accounts each person must type in their Privacy Protected Information. It would be as simple as exchanging contact info and could be done on the taxi back to your place or on the walk home. This would establish a legally binding consent agreement and could be used in court if necessary.
It could also serve as a "trophy case" and keep an archive of all your hook ups. It should be launching in the next 4 months...we are currently in Alpha Testing phase.
In the event that the one party doesn't have the App, they can E Sign a consent agreement from your account and also upload live picture confirmation of the 2 parties about to engage in secks.

Right, because drunk chicks who can't consent to sex can totally consent via an app. And no one has ever hacked a smart phone or an app.

I won't be selling through Apple..... and HERS was different in nature. Simple "ok". Mine entails legally binding consent agreements and are much more thorough than her "digital ok".
