I went to Boo at the Zoo this weekend with my 6 month old child; I ate all of his candy when he wasn't looking.
You say that as if you originally gave your 6-month old child candy then decided to eat it all yourself. What the frick is wrong with you?

You know, not being able to stop eating is more or less a mental disorder. You should start with that. A normal person is able to eat 1 or 2 packs of sweet tarts and then be done.

Fat people always say they don't care they're fat.
I think: Well no shite how else do you let yourself stay fat in the first place?

What are sweet tarts skulls and bones? Are they different from the regular sweet tarts that come three in a pack or whatever? How can you a lot of those at once?

Do you ride the motorized carts at the grocery store?

It's true! Every fat person would be fit if they could be but the genetic deck is stacked against them

The truth is, large people have tried diets and exercise to lose weight, but unfortunately, if you have large genetics you're pretty much gonna be stuck with the weight
THOSE IN THE SOCIAL ACCEPTANCE MOVEMENT BEHIND THIS ARE LIARS!!!!
The degree to which some of us gain weight from a high-fat diet can be determined by genetics. The FTO gene is now being "blamed" for our nation's pathetic over-indulgence, people with the COMT and CYP19 gene can eat more without excessive gain but get the facts straight. You know your friends can hit the fried food buffet and not pay a huge price... but if you do, you'll gain a few for sure. So obesity is encoded in your genome, why bother avoiding the all-you-can-eat fried catfish, hush puppies, and french fries?
This "large genetics" talk has tried to bring acceptance and God forbid if anyone "fat-shames" the obese and he has body image or self-respect issues. This "pretending" to be helpless is a scam.
THE FIRST STEP IN HELPING YOURSELF IS TO ADMIT YOU ARE LYING when you say there is nothing you can do.
The activity of "eating" is NOT controlled by a gene. 50 years ago overweight was less than one in ten in the country. In my late 60's elementary school we had ONE 'fat kid" and he would be condidered about average today. We are coming to the point when TWO Americans are in a room, ONE will be obese. The FTO gene alone is only responsible for an average of 5 lbs of weight above those without...those unfortunate enough to have two FTO markers csn expect 7 lbs heavier than w/o. Our genes have not changed in the last 50 years... we are eating more and moving less, period,.
WATCH your diet, learn some discipline, measure your portions, eat baked, NOT FRIED... and for JUST 45 lousy minutes a day...move, exercise, get active... for just 45 MINUTES 5 days a week.... get some good bathroom scales and USE THEM...watch DAILY and when you see a gain begin, cut back! Then if you tell me your "large genetics" cause you to have to eat practically nothing, and excersice excessively, and you remain obese... you will at least be healthier, strong with good endurance while you lie.
My Dad died early, he was an ex-LSU athlete, "big boned", predisposed to weight gain, 6'3" and at his worst hit 280. He still didn't look "fat"...more like what we see ex-NFL guys like Ditka during his coaching years. When his heart began to fail he quickly changed his diet to healthy and brought his weight down to 195. We were already close but this probably bought 3-4 extra years that allowed us to bond like never before. I don't struggle with weight in the same way but when I hit 240, I decided to keep my weight around 200-205 and my waist line 33-34".... for last 20 years. I'd say if I succumbed to my weaknesses and ate everything I'd like to I'd be 300 lbs. and more.
Bottom line is the "fat gene" has been around since way before this politically correct, "excuses" and "acceptance" crap we have now and this is 100%, a personal choice, self-control, and motivation, related issue.... NOT GENETIC.

Just recently a friend was on Bourbon Skreet and a woman told him that she could tell he was from somewhere else, not a local. She went on to say it’s because he was not a big fat arse.
