Depends on how much/how big of a hurry I'm in. If they leave off a coke, I just tip more. If they leave off a fried shrimp platter, well yeah, gotta say something.

Is her possibly getting fired worth you saving a few bucks? You politely and discreetly point out that she's brought you the wrong bill.
