If your company required pronouns in email sigs

Buddy of mine’s company in Austin recently did this. I asked because lately emails I get from them all have pronouns, then I got one from him and

I'm sure most people are not letting their families struggle over this, but I'd certainly be doing everything possible to get out of a place where they're mandating I promote cultural rot/destructive delusion.
