If you could live anywhere in the U.S., where would it be?

With your existing income or with indispensable income...where would you choose? Would you stay where you are?

I can transfer to Denver in about a year and keep my current job, I think that is my next move. Dallas and Austin are also on the table.

In Indianapolis you can only drink and that's really all I do here

Not bad options. A lot of people I have talked to are mentioning Dallas lately.

I would transform Flagstaff, Arizona into mecca of conservatism and live there forever.

A small town in Maine or Vermont. I love the weather in the Northeast and the sparse population.

Alaska would be some tough living. I have some buddies up there. Where would you go? I would love to hear that way one day.

Key West would be bad arse. I can get down with some island life. I liked Key West.

Why would you intentionally live in Dallas if you could move elsewhere? Too damn hot

Texas culture would be a good fit for me, plus I'd be closer to Louisiana. However, I'm so sick of the heat and in Denver I can ski. Bring on the snow

Of places I've been, San Diego. Some of the beach towns down the CA coast are really nice as well.

I think I'd like Portland, OR .. but I can't really make that call until I go.

I've never been to Maine or Vermont but I would like to check them out. Vermont would be pretty killer.

What's up with Dallas? I've heard from no less than 10 people that are heading that way.

I guess I should mention I've moved mountains to get to where I am. I love it up here in Colorado. I don't ever plan on leaving. But I have lived in Virginia and Hawaii as well as Louisiana. I enjoyed my time in all of them.
