If there was a pill that can satisfy our daily caloric intake, would you take it?

It would also have the required nutrients, vitamins, minerals need led on a daily basis.

You wouldn't need to eat anymore. Would never be hungry.

Pros:
No need for grocery shopping, eating out.
No need to take a shite
No need to wash dishes
You can nap during lunch break at work

Cons:
Missing out on the taste of food

Why would I want to consume 3 times my recommended daily caloric intake?

I could see doing it occasionally, but for the most part - hell no. Many more sensations involved with food than just taste, and I love 90% of them. I also like cooking & grilling. I would only need a handful of the pills for an entire year.

Cooking is one of the only things on this planet that can calm me down and relax me no matter what's going on in my life. The other one is an illegal plant that is illegal because of the biggest crock of shite law in the history of Earth.

Eating a good meal is one of the great simple pleasures in life. There is no way that I am trading that for convenience. What's the point of living if you don't bother to enjoy it?
