I10 East near Hwy 641 major slowdown

Just an FYI. I'm headed the other way and it's basically stopped a few miles East (South) of Highway 641. Not sure what's going on. Exit ramp to 641 is closed and do is Airline so get off on Hwy 22 if you are going to go around.
