Do you think they were notified of it getting cold as balls today?
Maybe we wont see any for the next few days as they save a few dollars and have to go to thrift store to purchase some winter clothes.

They'll just park their cars a little closer to their beat today. Take little breaks to sip on hot lattes with the heater on.

almost hit one on his bike this morning. He was no doubt heading into work. So a biker and bum all in one. The OT would have exploded.

I bet ol girl at the College Drive off-ramp is really playing up her limp today. Awhile back I saw her with a brand new LSU backpack.. same one I'd seen in the bookstore that cost about $75.

I drove down bluebonnet on Tuesday after work. I get to the interstate and there was a 3-4 car wreck right where you would get on the service road that takes you to interstate\mall\etc with one cop car just arriving.
As I drive under the interstate (20 yards away), there is bum intertwined with his bike laying there looking weird (high). As I drive past the exit for those just getting off the interstate, there is another bum leaned over and totally out of it, high as a kite, resting his but on the telephone light hunched over trying to hold himself up.
Im guessing the new batch of heroin has a high dose of fentanyl in it
