I quit my job today

Well I quit my job today and it feels good man. 2 newer employees (both around my age) wanted to argue about how to do something and act unprofessionally. I was the "chief" of the section and made more money but no REAL authority. I said "I'm not dealing with this" then called the big boss and said that I'm leaving and I wont be back.
I am a few weeks away from 45 and I've been looking for a good reason to quit working and they gave it to me. I am retired from the military, my wife is a RN and we have additional passive real estate income of about $75,000 a year.
I'm smoking a bowl of some good weed, drinking a beer and enjoying the nice afternoon. Keep working hard you Millenials, I need some free shite!

If you’re going to start this thread you have to get into details on this. Otherwise you’re just bragging about being Just a bit Above the poverty line.

Sounds like you have it figured out though, and if you’re financially set I damn sure can’t blame a man for retiring at 45. Do you plan to invest more in real estate to off set not having additional income?

So because you are that guy who can't get a long with new employees you allowed them to make you quit your job? They might have been hired for the sole purpose of hoping you would quit.
