There's a black guy from Italy who doesn't talk and mocks stupid people (usually in ways that aren't really funny) who has 107 million and is slowly catching up to Charli D'Amelio. There are hotter women than Addison Rae who don't have anywhere near 83 million followers. Dixie D'Amelio has 54 million and that's entirely because of her sister's fame.
Probably the only person in the Top 10 of TikTok who actually has skill/talent that you couldn't find just about anywhere is Zach King, who does a lot of good special effects videos.
