I have two AT&T email accounts and I can't create another

I follow the software and it puts me in an infinite loop. I tried ATT&T help and they are useless.
Any opinions? I have 2 accounts, maybe that's the limit.

Why would you want provider specific email addresses? What if you ever switch?
