I-10 EB on Basin Bridge looks open

Been keeping an eye on the Traffic Cam, and they just rolled away all trucks and service vehicles.
UPDATE: seeing cars get on I-10 EB at Henderson and Breaux Bridge.

That's insane it took all damn day to clear the accident.
