I love how that driver just casually has his arm hanging out the window.

1. I holster my CZ 9mm and take the safety off.
2. I call 911.
3. I get my phone on record and place it on the dash facing the area I'll be with the injured person.
4. I lock my car and put keys in my pocket.
5. I exit the car to check on the injured person.

If they rush my car, I'd keep going, but call 911 and/or drive to the nearest police station.

Not that this was from a protest, but you have to be careful of stopping to help if you hit someone.

If you don't stop you will be in jail for a long time. A truly bad situation to ever be in. The law is the law.
