Husbands & wives - top complaints?

War Eagle OT.
Tl/dr crew - bye.
Everyone else - I had a really good conversation with one of my students (Japanese manager, about 50) today about marriage. His wife had a cold the past two days and being the good guy that he is, he cooked dinner for his wife and 12 year old daughter last night. He made a salad, cooked stir fry, miso soup and rice. His wife was sleeping all afternoon. After he had spent two hours on dinner, he woke his wife up to come eat. After taking her first bite, before saying "Thanks honey" or anything she complained that his seasoning was "off / unusual".
I remember a thread a few months ago with most common complaints toward spouses - dishwasher loading problems, not turning off lights, etc. In my own marriage to a Japanese woman for 15 years with a son (12) and daughter (7), we have had our ups and downs. I have been trying to figure out what is a "woman" and what is "culture" and what is "family upbringing" when we disagree. I have gone out of my way to not blame the person (my wife) as a person, nor her family, nor Japanese culture, but to just chalk it up as women are cray cray.
I'd like to get some decent responses and feedback as to how much our family / parents, environment and culture growing up, our own personalities, friends, and finally, our gender, plays a role in who we have become and how we interact with spouses and others. Come on - let's have it. I would like to print out a decent thread, no matter how many pages, to take back to Inamura san next week with some good advice from both sides and personal experiences from others. Thanks in advance. BTW I have had a few drinks so sorry if this ran on long. Any questions or other details, please ask. I would post a pic of the wife but the vast majority of the OT wouldn't appreciate it. And I am still working on getting her to let me PIIHB. Thanks and hoping for an interesting and entertaining thread.
If anyone wants to know anything about Japan or will visit soon or know someone who will, get in touch - I'll fix you up (within reason).
Tl/dr crew - bye.

Treat your wife like Christ treated people. He is the example.

I don't know how much culture or upbringing has to do with it, but in my house, when we argue or discuss things, I am right.

i would think the sideways vagina would be the biggest complaint.

Heard that and I hear you. From my point of view, my wife has a fair bit of difficulty sitting down calmly and rationally (gasp) and talking through differences of opinion. Beserkness and hysterics ensues, or rolling of the eyes to look at the clock like "how many more minutes do you think I am going to sit hear and listen to this type stuff?". Sigh - but we are still married and we have gotten much better at brushing off stupid crap and coming back the next day to a somewhat normal....relationship.

I just wanted to give you a second frick YOU because I can and you deserve it. You're giving LSU posters a bad rep. If you really can't read, just say so.

I spotted your problem in less than 30 secs. You have been married 15 and haven't PIIHB. You don't even qualify as Beta, that is gamma bro.

Your life sounds miserable.

Believe it not, it is "normal" and goes straight up and down pretty much. A bit furry though and despite shaving it, she has chosen to keep it natural. No major complaints. To reiterate, I am still trying to PIIHB. Will keep the OT updated.
