Had the same problem a couple weeks ago, and also last summer in a different bathroom. They are transient ants, they will be gone within a week.

If they are ants and the bathroom is on an outside wall of your house, the nest and queen are probably outside. If you go outside, you might see the ants streaming in through a weep hole, a crack, or one of the spaces where the tires are attached to your house. The temptation is to blast the ants with some bug spray but don't do it. That will just stress the colony and they'll move the nest to protect the queen. Try to follow the ants as far as you can and then apply a good granular ant killer to the area.

You're so fricked. Better check into a motel 6 and just deal with the roaches and bedbugs. Flying ants will mess you up

Rover ants.

Those small ones will eventually try to frick the big ones, so the cycle of infesting your bathroom can continue.
