Kinda like what is taking place all across Europe now thanks to the "refugees"? This response, while not welcomed, is a natural consequence to the lack of law enforcement and government intervention into the recent rapes, harassment and assaults.
If you want to stop the retribution, stop the root cause.

So, you respond by going after people standing around who did not attack anyone?
The mob is no better than the Syrians who attacked others. And you are giving approval to it.
I would not have a problem if the mob went after others know to be violent to protect their families. But, just going after anyone who doesn't have white skin and beating them is nothing but evil.

If that's all that is said, I don't think that leaflet would be considered xenophobic. It's an unfortunate situation, and I don't agree with beating up random people. That being said, from all accounts, there are horrible actions happening on both sides.

Ironically, they are seeing that terror works, and are using that tool to spread their message. While I don't agree with violence like this, it is dark humor funny that a message style popularized lately by Muslims is being used against them.

Their government failed them. Can't condone attacks on kids but the people probably feel powerless to reverse the out of control migrant problem.
