Clearly she didn't think through.. Like.. Maybe when the police find him.. they will look for clues in his cell phone.

FWIW, I think assisted suicide should be legal, but the patient should be confirmed to of sound mind by a licensed psychiatrist.

And I think manslaughter is way too much of a charge for this girl, if we're following the book of law, especially in MA where its not against the law to encourage suicide.

But I could definitely see Aiding and Abetting of some sort because she instructed him on how to do it explicitly and he carried it out exactly as her instructions told him to.

A step further: you encourage someone a therapist would surely diagnose as mentally unstable to harm others.
