Staying there sat night, I know they had to push the opening back because of the flooding.

Nice as shite. Got to sneak a peak in there last week when they were finishing some stuff up. It's going to be at or near the top of BR hotels.
That being said I'm sure they will still be working out the kinks staff and system wise

i did the final inspection, its pretty cool the rooms are a cool mix of stone and metal, if that makes sense.

A brand new hotel will have a few issues to work out....but the place is supposed to be beautiful.

It's Marriot's AUTOGRAPH Collection of hotels, those are all supposed to be really nice. My husband stayed in one in NYC and said it was very nice. Like massive for a hotel room in NYC.

Your staying on 3rd street in br. If the room is unexpectedly shitty. Just walk next door to Happy's, get belligerent, frick your wife/gf/mistress, and ptfo.

So the hotel is pretty awesome, Art Deco-ish. Bar area is nice, granted a little small. Still working out some kinks as expected. They have some real nice e private rooms that lol great for parties.
