How would you make friends in a new city where you knew no one?

1) None of my college friends live here
2) None of my coworkers are my age.
Sports leagues of some type? Meet people around the apartment complex randomly?

Most of my current friends are my neighbors. When I lived in apartments I met a lot of people there who are still my friends. Met some of my friends at the gym.
You just have to be outgoing and meet people bro! Just stay off grinder and grizzly. I hear that's not the kind of friends you wanna meet!

I started over in a new city 6 years ago. Ive met hundreds of great people. I've met 30 or so from this board, many of whom I would certainly consider friends. Sometimes I like meeting new people more than hanging out with the same crew.
Would love to do it again. Its a fun challenge.

Hobbies do lead to friends. So if you're a drinker then try a bar. If you like working out then start going to regular fitness like kickboxing or cross fit. If you like gay park sex then start hanging out at BREC parks.
