I accidentally downvoted because my phone has touch screen and I turned mobile view off and am using desktop view.

Does the total vote tally change or does the upvote cancel out your downvote?

If you reach 1000 downvotes, you get the ban while your posts go through a quality control check by Dhillip. That could take anywhere between 6-9 months.
